We provide services in education, scientific and expert support for Mitsar users aimed to add Evidence-Based Functional Brain Mapping into their research and practice. Services include analysis and interpretation of neurophysiological data (QEEG, HRV, ERP) and providing recommendations for client-focused EEG-biofeedback, biofeedback, neuromodulation, and other forms of support.

Reporting

High-quality analysis and interpretation of neurophysiological data offered by the world-experts team. QEEG (quantitative electroencephalography) and ERP (event-related potentials) processing consist of advanced signal processing (FTT Spectra, Coherence, ICA of ERP, etc.); sLORETA (3D reconstruction and analysis of the brain activity source); statistical comparison of the individual’s QEEG and ERPs with normative HBImed database.

Therapy recommendations offered based on the following: provided clinical information, the results of the extensive analysis of neurophysiological data, and existing to date scientific medical/psychological publications (PubMed). Suggestions include individual EEG-biofeedback, biofeedback, neuromodulation protocols. Additional advice can be provided for diet, supply’s/drugs suggestions.

Our experts

Dr. Olga Kara is MSc in Neurobiology, Msc in Psychology (Psychology, counseling, neuropsychoanalysis), PhD in Neurobiology (psychophysiology), and MBA in Biobusiness and Neurotechnology.  She is specialized in Functional Brain Diagnostics, QEEG, ERP, sLORETA, EEGLab, experienced provider of Biofeedback, including EEG-Biofeedback (Neurofeedback) and implicit neurofeedback approaches (ILF- Othmer), Navigated Brain Stimulation (rTMS, NBS), transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and audio-visual stimulation.

Dr. Kara has more than 28 years of experience in the field of applied neuroscience. During her scientific carrier, she was involved in different neuroscience research projects, from neuroprogenitor stem-cells research to the registration and analysis of the brain electrical activity from implanted (intracerebral) and surface electrodes in patients with various pathological conditions.

Olga Kara is engaged in research and development in the field of sports psychophysiology (neurophysiological adaptation monitoring), investigate the neurobiology of cognitive processes in man, and participate in the development of new non-invasive brain diagnostics and brain modulation techniques.

She owner of the BrainFitness BFC company (Finland), providing services in the field of applied neurobiology, neurotechnology, and psychophysiology.
